Music is movement, words have music and movement is full of meaning. It's a performance of poetry, music and theatre danse.

Empty space, only a bench and two characters. We don't know where they come from, who they are neighter where they are... the only important thing it's what is happening to them and how they react.

Unknown caracters, who can be you, them, she or him... they represent everybody who wants to understant themselves and others in the world that surrond them, questioning their attitudes, behaibours, reactions in the daily life.

Uncapacity to put words in what we are feeling; masks that we put in our life to protect ourselves, but put troubles to express what we really feel; plasures in life; time passing by; secret garden rich in different colours or varietions of flours that forms our personality; stress that can block us; Rutine, the confort zone, and the fear of the unknown... those are some of the concepts which we talk about.

Sometimes emotive or dramatic, sometimes romantic or ironic, the audience is going to travel in a univers of the poetry of Robert Creeley,Guillaume Apollinaire, Mario Benedetti, Ted Kooser, Josep Anton Soldevila, Anna Gual and Ion Olano.

The music is composed by Mathieu Robert. It's difficult to categorise it in a concret style, but you can ear the influencies of jazz, blues, polifonic or dodecaphonic music. More concretly, the compositions are inspired by musicians like Steve Lacy, Ben Goldberg, Bryon Gysin, Kurt Weill, Boris Vian or Carla Kihlstedt. Most of the times, in the creation process, the poem inspire the music, in other times music leads the words and even, in some case, the movements ask for music.

From different cultural background, it seemed obvious to us to conserve our own identities and influencies, mixing different languages in the show (french, catalan, espanish and english). Each language brings different sounds and imatges that make us travel in different atmospheres.

Small theatres, coffe-theatres, musical pubs where they do alive music, cultural centres, libraries, museums... they are some places where we though to show this performance.

The sound mark the space, transform the atmospheres and, in between two landscapes, re-emerges as simple and touching songs.

Sometimes on the back sometimes on the front, the music occupies different roles: she iniciate the movement, creat a two voices-harmony, offer a confortable background on which the poem can lay or even, in shape of dialogues come closer to the words.

A touch of contemporany danse is present in the play. Movement is inspired by accion, link with words or connected with the sound. We explore that connection talking about textures, levels, intensities, rythm, colours... Inspired by creators like Pina Baush, we also use repetition to travel with movements through different emotions.
